All of the stones from The Stone Massage Company are naturally formed with all of the variations that nature provides, including minor differences in shape or colour. Some of the stones have natural folds or varying textures that cannot be detected during a treatment. We at The Stone Massage Company hand pick each stone to ensure that you do not receive any with large cracks or sharp edges. However, in the event that you do receive such a stone, we will replace it free of charge. Any request for returns due to naturally occurring variations in the stones will not be accepted.
